A national disruption to Microsoft Office 365 services has affected the distribution of Notices of Electronic Filings for documents filed in the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system on Thursday, January 22, 2026. As a result, these notices will be resent on Friday, January 23, 2026.
